S-shaped blade made of hardened stainless steel, ground and sharpened on two sides and finished with electrolysis polishing.
Food contact safe and with a good resistance to corrosion.
USAGE/USE
Mainly used on automatic or manual cutters with the possibility of varying the cutting thickness.
Suitable for cutting all kinds of food products such as vegetables, fruit, cheese, bread etc. Fit for cutting other materials too such as plastic tubes or sponges.
